Lowy has tried more than one hundred jury trials in the State and Federal courts and has handled over seventy-five appeals. Lowy’s law practice is primarily focused on complex litigation involving the prosecution of substantial interstate and international business lawsuits, class actions, professional malpractice cases and high-end family law cases. Ronald S. Lowy is well known for personally prosecuting the state’s largest real estate partition suit involving the destruction of a multi-building condominium project destroyed in Hurricane Andrew in which thousands of parties were joined as defendants to clear title and clear the way for over 50 million dollars to be distributed to beneficiaries.
The Miami-Dade Circuit Court has also appointed Lowy as the Court appointed Receiver to search out and seize the assets of an international travel club company that had stolen millions of dollars from innocent victims. Lowy has also served as the litigation counsel for the world’s largest condominium developer, Crescent Heights Companies and has represented many dozens of multi-million dollar lawsuits on their behalf. Ronald Lowy received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, Class of 1985.
Jonathan Smulevich graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in both Accounting and Finance, earning Dean's List honors numerous times. Continuing his education in Tallahassee, Jonathan pursued his Juris Doctorate at the Florida State University College Law, where he received a book award in Partnership Taxation. During Law School, Jonathan volunteered for the VITA Program providing income tax return preparation services pro bono.
Following law school, Jonathan attended the University of Miami School of Law, earning His Master of Laws in Taxation. Upon graduation in 2013, Jonathan became a member of the Florida Bar. Jonathan uses his skills and knowledge to cater to the individual needs of his clients.
